What is the Hidradenitis Suppurativa Clinical Research Study?

Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a painful, long-term skin condition that causes skin abscesses and scarring on the skin. The exact cause of hidradenitis suppurativa is unknown, but it occurs near hair follicles where there are sweat glands, usually around the groin, bottom, breasts, and armpits. For unknown reasons, more women than men have the condition. It’s thought to affect about 1 in 100 people. It causes a mixture of boil-like lumps, blackheads, cysts, scarring, and channels in the skin that leak pus.

Clinical research studies test medical treatments or medications in people for FDA approval. Participants in this particular study will receive free study-related medication for their HS symptoms and will be monitored for safety and treatment effectiveness.

Who Qualifies for the Hidradenitis Suppurativa Clinical Research Study?

We will conduct a screening call to talk to you more about your HS condition. You may then be invited to our office for a free medical exam (no medical insurance required) to complete your qualification process. If you meet the guidelines of the study, you will be asked to join and you will be on your way to possible HS relief and up to $1,900 in guaranteed compensation for your participation!
