Eczema disrupting your sleep or daily activities?

If eczema still disrupts your sleep or makes daily activities a challenge, you are not alone. Cahaba Clinical Research in Birmingham is enrolling adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis that remains uncontrolled despite at least four months of dupilumab treatment.

You may qualify if all of the following apply:

  • You are 18 to 63 years old with moderate to severe eczema.
  • You have had eczema for at least three years, as diagnosed by a physician.
  • You have been using dupilumab for at least four months but still have inadequate disease control.
  • You have a visible rash affecting approximately 10% or more of your body surface area (our team will confirm this).

Additional requirements apply. The study team will review all criteria with you during screening. Participation is always voluntary. You can choose to leave the study at any time, for any reason.

You May Not Qualify if Any of the Following Apply:

  • Active skin infection or another skin condition that interferes with eczema evaluation 
  • History of serious infections (HIV, hepatitis B or C, or active tuberculosis) 
  • Recent major cardiovascular events (such as stroke, heart attack, blood clot, stent, or bypass surgery within the past 6 months) 
  • Organ transplant recipient currently taking immunosuppressive medications 
  • Serious gastrointestinal conditions (such as bowel tears, diverticulitis, or issues absorbing medication after certain surgeries) 
  •  Known allergy to the study medication or its ingredients 
  •  Certain recent or active cancers
