If you experience nighttime skin irritation or frequently use creams for skin conditions, you are not alone. Cahaba Clinical Research is enrolling adults in a study of ENV-294 for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, sponsored by Enveda Therapeutics. The study involves taking one pill by mouth once daily for approximately 12 weeks, with a final visit around week 16.

Who Can Join

You may qualify if you:

  • Are 18 to 75 years old.
  • Have experienced recurring eczema for at least 12 months.
  • Have, in the past 6 months, had a poor response to or an inability to tolerate eczema creams, such as steroid creams, as determined by the study doctor, or a poor response to eczema pills in the past 12 months.
  • Use a plain, fragrance-free moisturizer at least once daily.

You may not qualify if you:

  • Have certain serious health conditions that the study doctor believes could affect safety or study tests, such as heart, nerve, kidney, liver, stomach, cancer, immune system disease, HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or certain mental health conditions.
  • Have another skin condition or large tattoos that would impede the assessment of your eczema.
  • Have a skin infection that would affect eczema checks, or are receiving treatment for an infection that could affect the study.
Other exclusions may apply. The study team will review your full medical history and discuss all eligibility criteria with you during the screening process.
