About Eczema

Eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis, is a non-contagious inflammatory skin condition often characterized by:

The exact cause of eczema is unknown, but it often develops due to a combination of genes and immune system dysfunction, triggered by factors such as allergens. Symptoms of eczema can affect a person’s daily activities, mental health, interfere with sleep, and impact their overall quality of life. Currently, there is no cure for eczema.
