About the Study
Cahaba Clinical Research is enrolling children in the JADE-KOALA Study, a Pfizer-sponsored clinical trial exploring a potential oral treatment for children with eczema who are between 6 and 11 years old.
The investigational medicine, abrocitinib, is already FDA-approved for teens and adults. This study is testing how well it works—and how safe it is—for younger children when taken with or without topical therapy.
